"Hired these guys to open the pool this year and I was not happy with the services provided. They charged me over $400 and didn’t even finish the job properly. All they did was take the pool cover off and left my water extremely cloudy which I had to deal with myself to get it completely clear and to the right pH. I had to take my water sample multiple times to a location and buy extra chemicals which incurred more expenses and time on my part. They also put my muddy stairs into the pool without hosing it down first. So all that mud and dirt lingered around in the pool. Granted I’m very new to the pool concept so I didn’t know what exactly they were supposed to do when opening up the pool. I honestly thought they make it ready enough for you to start using it after 24 hours or so. I also paid them $100 to vacuum the pool for me but they did an extremely unsatisfactory job of it. I wish they would’ve just told me to wait on the vacuuming since the water was cloudy and didn’t have a good visual but they took my money and tried it anyways. Later, when the pool water was clear I could see so much dirt and debris still on the floor of the pool making it unusable. When asked if they could come back to finish the job they started, they said it’ll cost me another almost $100. I talked to a few of my neighbors about it and they had all mentioned that I should’ve gotten a better service for my money. I feel like I was taken advantage of since they knew I was new to this. Will not be using this company ever again."
