"I ordered an autumn bouquet for my son and his wife's anniversary. I spoke with Betty who was most pleasant and she took down all my information. She said they would call before they delivered it to make sure my son was home (sometime after 3pm). At 11.30 he got a text from the neighbors that he had flowers at his front door. The neighbors took them in. His wife sent a picture of them and said thank you, and that they were beautiful. However, the picture showed pink and purple flowers, not autumn colors at all. The card did not say what I had asked for. I called the florist and talked to George who was most embarrassed and said he would have the owner call me. Bill called me that same day and wanted to make it right. He redid the order and contacted my son to swap the arrangements. He and his wife were both at work, so no one would be home to do that. When he got home, he was surprised to find another arrangement! Even though there was a mishap, I was most impressed with how they handled it. This is a family owned business and it shows with their customer service."

"I have to complement this family florist. My son had a birthday bouquet sent to me the day of my birthday. He told me it was a last minute order but these guys came through. Beautiful colors and varieties I have never seen (I'm not very well-versed in flowers). This florist helped make my birthday big time. Sometimes flowers are needed at a spurt of a moment to cheer people up in bad times and this was the only company in Bolingbrook I spoke to that had a gorgeous bouquet to my sisters door in a flash of an hour or two. Every other company gave me the run around and laughed at me asking for same day service. They had genuine interest in what I needed in my floral arrangement and the occasion. The flowers delivered to my sister were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this company for any event you have. It is rare to find companies that have fantastic service these days.
