After telling him he didn’t need to be so patronizing, I placed the order for delivery and his response was “when a deal goes bad, there is no coming back from it” and he told me to find somewhere else to shop and hung up on me. A business owner should be open to discussing things like price and not get offended. It wasn’t that I couldn’t afford his product, it was merely me asking what was included since the price seemed high. I’m sure he has excellent product. Customer service on the other hand….."
