"The lady at the counter is irresponsible and no respect to customers. I have experienced every time I go. She don’t respond even if you call multiple times. There was one item I wanted to buy and asked her if there is a discount, her response was “can’t you see the price tag?” . Then I left the store and went to Patel which is next to Vivek and I found same item in Patel for half the price. I know vivek is super expensive but not this much difference. I’m posting the pictures for the same. Same item vivek charged $45+tax and I see exact same item in Patel for $24.99. I’m giving 1 star bcz there is no Zero particularly for that lady attitude which I heard same feedback on her from my other friends also."

"I have been visiting VIVEK Flowers whenever I come to Patels grocery store. They have a good selection of fresh flowers. The place offers a diverse variety of Indian pooja / religious items. "You get all flowers for your puja and ceremonies. Lines can be long during peak seasons/ dates and it may take 1 hour to get to the counter. The service is great. Staff is always helpful and they keep up with customer demands (one of them wanted additional cash discounts!)"

"I would like to give 4, the price is decent. But because of the recent issue when we came for pickup roses were missed. And I have to come back half an hour. When we called about it we were told it's your responsibility to check it's not our problem. That is rude. Customer experience is poor. I think the owner would notice this. I think they need to improve. And the owner does not consider any negative comments."

"They carry most of the Pooja items and fresh flowers. This is the shop I visit if I need flowers like jasmine. They sell chitti gulabi also. Recently I found they had some Indian wear for kids. Even though there are not many options they sell the clothes for a very reasonable price."
