"The flowers were absolutely beautiful BUT I ordered over the phone and was specific in asking for long stemmed roses (I had someone with me who heard my request) and when I picked up my order the roses were in a bouquet. While I was given the option to have long stemmed roses made instead, I had to defer. I was on a tight schedule and the delay may have caused me to be late for my daughter's wedding! Note that I was given an option, I just wish the flowers had been received as ordered."
