"Most of the staff are very friendly. This gym feels more like a hotel, and feels more comfortable to me and my family than a standard gym. I also like the fact they have the healthy fresh café for good food at our convenience. I really like the steam room. (My fav) I do wish the bathrooms had their own hot tub like they do at Healthpoint But we still use it. The biggest downfall for me is how cold the bathrooms are. You literally will catch pneumonia. It's so cold and I can't imagine how hard it is for the Elderly I'm not sure why no one has done anything about it. It is so cold. It felt like the door was open to the outside. I almost didn't make it back to my locker to get my clothes ! It makes me not want to swim or shower here. I'm honestly surprised anyone does because of this. I feel if this was fixed fitness plus would be 100% ."
