"Needed something last minute for a bbq… didn’t want to show up empty handed. They provided a beautiful platter with chocolate covered fruit. A bit pricey but well worth it!"
"absolutely love the service the driver was very kind as I wasn’t home at the moment of my delivery and he still made a way to contact me later on and work something out! Also loved my arrangement it was amazing"
"First of all, let’s say this is my first and last experience EVER buying from this place. I showed up at 9am on 11/17 to pick up my order I made TWO DAYS AGO. Google said the store was supposed to be open at 9am. Someone finally showed up at 9:15am. I was there for at least 30 minutes waiting for my order. Why you ask? Because they just started making it. I ordered a $100 bouquet and side order of chocolate dipped pineapple. I got a $30 bouquet with a balloon and dipped strawberries and apples. The tag on my order says simply edible bouquet, which is the $30 one. I ordered the butterfly and rainbow’s bouquet. There was no fruit shaped like daisies or butterflies which was advertised. I called to complain and was told since I ordered online, it wasn’t their fault or responsibility. They said I should of called and made the order. I did not get a refund. The lady was completely rude. They sent me my invoice which did not do anything. It was a blank invoice. The invoice said $0.00. What does that even mean? I rather walk through glass with no shoes than to ever buy from this place again. I’ll give my baby daddy a chance again before I give this place a chance."
"Christine the manager is so awesome to work with. She was patient with me, gave me several wonderful options, and made sure my gift was special. I cannot stress enough how awesome it was to work with her at Edible Geneva. Take the negative reviews lightly bitter people who've become more bitter because of covid, suck. Definitely trust Geneva Edible Arrangements"
"I am writing to express my deepest frustration with my recent order. I became an Edible Arrangements customer a month ago and have since placed 3 orders. I was satisfied with service up until this point. I ordered a tray/balloon for my mother-in-laws birthday. This delivery did not show on her birthday as it was supposed to on 2/19. After arguing back and forth with the store on 2/20, it was determined by a photo of the porch they provided that it was in fact delivered to the wrong house. I was then told on 2/20 that a new one would be delivered to them that day. That didn't happen. My recipient was then told the evening of 2/20 that redelivery would be on 2/22. No call, no show. My recipient followed up again and was told it would be redelivered on 2/23. Guess what? No delivery, no call, no show. My recipient followed up for a 3rd time and was advised that a refund would be issued to me as they were tired of the issue. Apparently, having "kids doing the deliveries" is a valid excuse for no-show deliveries and being lied to repeatedly. I understand mistakes happen and we are all human but it is how you handle those mistakes that really counts. This was a ruined birthday surprise paired with an absolutely horrible customer service experience."
