"I highly recommend! From booking an appointment with Koltin to the end of the service was easy, professional and clean! When booking the appointment he explained what the different services included and gave an estimate which was right on for my situation. The app he used to confirm and remind me of the appointment was great. They put boot covers on shoes when they came through the door, explained what they were doing, covered everything around the fireplace and even disposed of a very expired critter that was a part of my chimney issues. I wish I would not have waited so long to call. I will call Koltin again in the early fall to clean out and service my other wood burning fireplace.
