"He may build beautiful pools, but he has horrible customer service. I use to recommend him to everyone I know for pools and service until I had a pool built by him and it took over 3 months to complete. He would never answer his phone when we called, and he would only communicate via text msgs. Then he would say our text msgs were too "harsh" or had a tone - you can never judge texts for tones...Just answer the phone and talk to people. Let them know what is going on with a project or what is going on for the week. There would be days he wouldn't even show up. It was always our fault when something went wrong. Now he is refusing to put our pool cover on and close our pool which was part of the deal and we have requested for close to a month."

The owner himself came out and listened to our needs and together we came up with a design that fit my yard and exceeded what I thought was possible. He even took the time to educate a pool newbie like myself on proper maintenance and even gave me his personal phone number if I had any questions in the future. When he and his team were done I was blown away and now my family and I have our own oasis in our yard that feels like a vacation every day. I was more than pleased with his work and professionalism and would definitely suggest them to anyone considering a new pool."

"Mike, Chip and the rest of the crew are the best! I had a pool put in by them and they were nothing but professional. They know their stuff and they don't send out a bunch of teenagers to do the job like some of the other installers. Mike will give you advice and it is up to you to decide whether you take it or not (I would advise that you listen - if you do, your pool will turn out terrific). I know their process is much better than the other installers. They put crete under the liner that creates a soft spongy surface and you literally can't tell that the pool is a liner. They installed a brick edge around the perimeter of the pool and it looked terrific. When I have had questions or a need they are quick to address it. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to have a pool installed. I have moved to Kansas City and I was so happy with the job Mike and Chip did that I asked them if they would come to KC and put in a pool. Guess what? They said Yes, just let know when. That is the type of company that you want on your side!"
