Larry and Jason (our project manager) have been great about keeping us informed of the progress. We have had some delays due to unforeseen problems (weather, crew,etc) but they have been upfront about everything. "I have waited a long time to post this review to see if this company would make our project right. They haven’t. We signed a contract for an in-ground pool installation with Aqua Pool Pros in August 2021. Since then, there has been one problem after another. They started the project right away and we were hopeful. Little did we know, they really just wanted their progress payments. They collected a hefty down payment when we signed the contract. They collected another hefty payment when they dug the first scoop of dirt in September of 2021. They tore up the yard severely getting the equipment in, even though we have a fairly large open yard. On the second day of digging, they hit our brand new hot tub with their machine. After 2 short days of digging, (never arriving before 10, rarely staying past 3) they left a mountain of dirt in yard and disappeared for 2 months. Little to no communication was given. We documented and continually requested updates. They brought the pool kit over in November and haphazardly put some of it together, leaving the rest sitting until spring, along with their trash and mess. But, they collected another payment. Our contract completion date was November 30, 2021. They claimed pool companies shut down in the winter, all while posting pictures of other projects they were working on in the winter on social media. We have been given excuses beyond excuses. Team members in crisis, other pools in progress and/or ahead of us, Larry even called us bullies and threatened that Jason would leave the property if we were rude, only to have Jason call and say he didn’t feel bullied by us. Every issue we have expressed has been dismissed. Yet, on the day we had a family emergency out of the country, Larry made sure to collect a progress check before leaving. We have scheduled meetings that Larry confirmed, taken off work, and he refused to show up. This company is messy and the quality is poor. We have grading issues, water pooling around the equipment (due to a leak or other unresolved concern), concrete splatter on the fence, house, and left on the ground and covered with dirt. The concrete itself looks terrible. Their electrician left a hole in our drywall and a mess in our basement. They buried our sump pump pipe with a couple of inches of dirt so now the water coming out has no place to go and makes the yard in that area soupy. There is one side of the pool that appears to be slanted inward. The list goes on and on. The owner, Larry and project manager Jason, seem interested in one thing, collecting money. Our original budget was blown away as they found numerous unplanned expenses. They do not meet any of their commitments, care about communication, and consistently made bad decisions on behalf of their paying customers. We have never failed to make a payment on time or be accessible when they’ve asked. They refuse of communicate or give advance notice of when they are coming to work. Like another customer said, RUN AWAY! Our project is yet to be finished and will need reworked by another quality company. Don’t let this happen to you. We are ready to share more photos and videos. Just ask! We expected better from a 6 figure investment."

"Aqua Pool Pros installed our pool in 2021 and we are so please with the end result. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it last summer. Larry and Jason were always responsive and quick to address any of our concerns. They were honest and up front with an issues or impact to timelines. We appreciated the open communication throughout the build. Their team was respectful and experienced. Justin is great and has a lot of experience, which shows in the way he leads the on-site teams. Jason continues to be available to help and answer any questions we have about our pool maintenance, stopping by to help when needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and exceptional and we have truly enjoyed working with him. We can’t say enough about him! We are very pleased with our pool and recommend Aqua Pool Pros!"
