I also received a call the day before my appointment to verify, then another call when they were on their way. The technicians arrived a few minutes before our appointment and laid clean drop cloths from the font door to my fireplace to protect our flooring. They inspected everything inside and out, my fireplace was cleaned, then they vacuumed up everything. They explained their findings, I was told my fireplace and chimney were in good condition.
