"Very kind people working there, thank you for all your help and service to the community!"
"honest opinion i dont think this school is even that good or even worth to take serious the tutor is suppose to be two or three times aweek i only get one time a week. tutor i had has more time to focus on there personal life then teaching. If soo then why do i get one time a week and other get mutiple times or even on zoom?? i spent over 5months and still havent been able to take test. They didnt even assign me much athome stuff in the beginning for the first couple of months even from the book. they also promise online tutoring from home and never happened.... also it took mutiple month to actually even focus on a topic or unit? they blame me for not even focusin on one unit when they could have just focus on a unit with me firstly anyways?? there soo much idk with and had to wait for them to help show me how to solve the problemssincethere was nothing else was able to help me figure out how to solve problems that was not even taught me how to solve in first place. not even from th one time a week is not good enough and for me to figure something out that wasnt taught to me in person nor does the book actually tell you how to solve certain type of problems untill the one day in the week??"
"Pool birthday party for an hour followed by cake and presents in one of the rooms upstairs. Suited the purpose well."
"As a first time mom, the last place I wanted to send my child was daycare because of all the horror stories. But we got blessed with choosing the YWCA. My son has been attending for a full year, and the staff is amazing. I can confidently drop him off and know he's safe. The communication is always there. I wish all daycares were like here. My son has progressed so much, with learning, making arts and crafts, even his sign language and speaking. He's improved with relationships all around and I am so so glad he has such a positive experience here. He loves his teachers, his friends, and his environment. Some days I have to drag him out because he doesn't want to leave. I can proudly say his safe place outside of his home, would be here."
"Initially we loved our son going there two days a week. Director and staff we met seemed friendly and helpful. But last week I was approached by the director in front of many other parents and children that my son has been cussing at school. Incredibly humiliating. I understand due to Covid, parents are not allowed back. But I feel this could have been discussed over the phone or the child care app that we all use any other time he’s needed anything or I’ve needed to be informed. Due to how this was handled and coming off like if the problem continues he won’t be able to keep attending, we unfortunately will not be back. Very unfortunate. My son seemed to really love it there and talked about the other kids and how much fun he had quite often. I feel bad for him most of all."
