"Rudest front desk personnel I've ever met. My daughter was in tumbling for years and they won't allow us back in and kept rubbing it in about how well tumbling is doing to where my daughter cried. Then asked me if I really wanted to start a workout membership today because she didn't want to do her job. Never again will we go back."
