"I had a new liner, stairs, lights and pump installed. #1 problem is communication they have NO concept of this I mean none! They show up randomly just let them self's into my back yard many times. The owner really gives NO care of your complaints just says how busy they are. I reply your inability to handle customers is not my issue. I will say the work completed was a 6/10. One point a lawyer was consulted. After the liner was done it had a leak 4 weeks and $100s in water later they showed up. 2 years later someone showed up to fix my light and I will say it was all free but 2 years. Just so disorganized to the point it will drive you crazy when the owner is like eh is what it is. Workers are always nice but just hop my fence whenever they feel like showing up, very annoying. Overall lack of communication, follow ups drove me crazy with this 13K spent with them. They did leave concrete in my grass, garden hose and trash in my yard when done. Called no one came as usual or by time they randomly did I cleaned it. Work was done and done mostly good but go else where simply for communication skills. I would of paid the other place $1,900 more just because of how this place handles communications."
