"Buyer Beware…! The result of our daughter’s wedding bouquet turned out completely different than what was explained to us when we dropped it off to this merchant. The merchant requested payment in full upon dropping it off to her ($600). The process she explained to us was to completely disassemble the bouquet, freeze dry everything and then reassemble the bouquet as it was originally. We were also told the flowers would remain white as they were so fresh. We paid half down ($300) because they don’t take credit cards, only check or cash. We were told the process would take at least 4 months. We reached out to them after 6 months to find out our bouquet was done. Upon arrival, we were shown a box with yellowish colored rose flowers cut off at the top of their stems, a bunch of banded stems and leaves all laying loose in a shoe box! When we told her we were extremely dissatisfied, she quickly explained they do not offer refunds and she would keep the flowers. Our daughter’s wedding bouquet was completely ruined! We lost $300 and left without the flowers. Please beware of this merchant!"

"Brought in a bouquet of flowers that my best friend got from her husband the day before he tragically passed away. Explained that we wanted them to look as close as possible to how they did in the vase upon completion. We were guaranteed they would... Needless to say, they DID NOT! They were supposed to be "preserved" instead they just look like dead flowers under a globe. The were hot glued to the base, which did not hold so they are already falling out, & "webs" from the hot glue were all over the flowers. Furthermore, the customer service was TERRIBLE! Any time I tried to make contact to get an update, I was met with no answers, only silence! If I did manage to get a reply, it was total rudeness and I was told my order would be delayed even longer the more I asked about it!! What!? Can NOT believe these flowers cost $650 considering the unprofessionalism and how terrible they look! It is heartbreaking that I had to bring these flowers back to my best friend in that condition (looking like dead flowers) when they should have been something for her to cherish since they were the last gift she received from her soulmate! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! You can get better results just by hanging your flowers or pressing them!!"

"I was so excited when I first had my consult with Kathy the owner. Sounded like they were going to go above and beyond to recreate my gorgeous wedding bouquet. Once I received a photo of the progression, the bouquet was nothing like how I had originally discussed with the owner. It was messy and unorganized, and the bouquet didn’t have any resemblance of my original bouquet. As I found out, another worked had put together my bouquet who wasn’t there during the initial consultation. After I made some phone calls to voice my disappointment, Kathy did make it right and she recreated my bouquet as I had originally asked. But I was told that the new background for $75 should have been coming out of my pocket to recreate the shape...reluctantly they did cover that cost, but the situation made me feel uncomfortable. Now when I look at it, I’m not happy since I had paid about $1,000. Maybe it was all worth $600, but not what I paid. I wish I could recommend them, but I say this was not worth the hassle or price. Very poor customer service and overall poor experience."

"I've struggled for some time about how to write this review. I want to start by saying that the owner was very nice and helpful with my questions. I live out of town, but was getting married in St Louis. A lot of our communication from the very start was over email and text messages.  She communicated about the process and was easy to work with from the beginning. When we first got to town to go to the shop in person, the employee who was meeting us was over 30 minutes late to our appointment. Despite that (maybe we should have taken that as a sign), we still went with this company. I figured it was just a bad day for them and the owner had still been a joy to communicate with so far. Because I live out of town, I inquired about shipping my order from the very beginning. At that time, I was told we could have that done. As we got closer to the time my box was completed, I was told about the shipping risks and that my package couldn't be guaranteed.  At that point, we already ordered and started the box and had no other way to get it to us, so we accepted the risk that comes with shipping. We understood there was a shipping risk,  but were told everything would be packaged well. Indeed, everything was wrapped with bubble wrap and packaged well. They were even so kind as to ship the box after the holidays so that we would be home to receive it and it wouldn't have to wait in a storage facility- I really appreciated that care and concern. However, when I opened the box, I saw that the window had been pushed out and my flowers were essentially all broken apart- destroyed. I contacted the shop and was told how to open the box and try to fix it. As I opened the box, I noticed that some of the fasteners, and in the area of the box where the window came through, were never fastened.  The ones that were fastened took quite some effort and the use of tools to undo, so I cant help but think that having the box not secure from the inside with thorough craftsmanship was setting a shipment up for failure. It truly surprised me because the shop knew that this particular box would be making quite the journey; although, all of their work should be done properly and with care from the inside out. It is truly unfortunate, as these were my wedding flowers- unable to be duplicated. The shop owner was kind throughout the process,  even sending my ribbon from the bouquet to me after everything. However, that kindness does not bring back my flowers or make up for all the money we lost throughout this process. I fully understand the risk that came with shipping, but I think our order started out with a disadvantage in not being sealed properly to protect our memories and investment.  So very sad and unfortunate.  I see the finished picture of our box posted on their page, and it just hurts- that is nothing like what I received.  My main disappointment was that the box wasn't properly sealed from the beginning, making it much harder to ship well."
