"Amazing service and care! Kari is phenomenal! I requested that a windchime keepsake be sent as a gift for a friend that had lost their father. Within an hour after I had ordered over the phone, they had delivered the beautiful windchime to my friend in another town! Not sure why I hadn't reviewed them sooner because every time I have ever needed anything they did an amazing job! ❤️"

"Delivered my flowers at night after 7pm. We never heard anyone knock or ring the doorbell, even though there were lights on and a car in the driveway. Flowers got left outside in freezing temperatures all night until I found them the next afternoon. By then all the daisies and some of the white lilies were completely dead. My daughter ordered them who is stationed in China and she gave them her phone number. Person at floral shop said they called and left a message were the flowers were left. I told him that she is in China and it would have been the wee hours of the morning when he called. He apologized and said that's not his problem. I asked if they could replace the white daisies and he said any florist or store would have them so I could replace the dead flowers. I know my daughter paid at least $50.00 to FTD this floral arrangement. Any other florist would have offered to fix the centerpiece, but they didn't. VERY rude and uncaring attitude. I will NEVER do business with them again and told my daughter to contact FTD to let them know what happened too. I included photos for her and FTD."

"Sent an arrangement to my daughter for her 30th birthday. I requested dead flowers. (she's old) Nobody got the joke because the flowers looked fine. The lady said that was as dead as she could do. She would never send out flowers that looked that way normally. Wish she would have told me ahead of time because the whole point was dead flowers as a joke. Still charged me full price."

"This company was recommended to me after my sister sent my mother flowers. My mom was so impressed, with the arrangement and how long the flowers lasted, that when I needed a florist for my nieces' grandfather's memorial service, she immediately referred me to Flowers, Balloons, Etc. It was short notice but they went out of their way to get my order perfect and to my niece in time for the funeral. Her grandfather loved hydrangeas, purple, and white. The flowers were absolutely perfection. It meant so much to the family to have flowers, that he always had around the house, at the service. I've since recommended them several times and they have been great every time. They will definitely be my first call anytime I need a florist in the future."
