The owner was so knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect arrangement for my fiancé. I got huge brownie points this Valentine’s Day for going to Memory Lane and “picking out” the perfect arrangement. Thank you Mara and I will be back soon."

"Bliss Floral in Millstadt saves the day! Memory Lane is horrible, bad customer service, is a very sad offering. My dad is 87 and in the hospital, mom is 80, today is 43 anniversary and Valentine’s Day. All he wanted to do was make her day special since they are apart. Memory lane at 2pm, I am informed cancelled the order since they were requesting an additional $26 since they needed more money. Bait and switch. Advertise a lower price through 1800 flowers to get the order and then request $26 more on an already $140 order!!! I placed an order thru 1-800 flowers. They charged my credit card and tracker and customer service told me it was out for delivery. My gut said ask for a supervisor and he told Memory asked for $26 more. I didn’t get a text or email. When they didn’t hear from 1-800 they cancelled it. No call to me, nothing. They could have ruined their special day! Bliss florists in Millstadt stepped right in and saved the day for my parents. Thank you Bliss in Millstadt! Everyone should order from Angie at Bliss!"
