She asked several questions to help me decide what I wanted, and made some suggestions. After finishing the arrangement she sent me a picture, and it was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for anything better."

"I tried to send condolences to my cousins who are literally 10 minutes away from the shop, and the lady who answered the phone said a flat out “NO” … I don’t know if I felt more upset that it was because I needed them delivered to a black neighborhood or because she was just plain rude. Some businesses don’t care about grief or their bottom line if they are racist. I’m living in another state and couldn’t make the funeral…. Poor service."
