"I needed a stunning arrangement delivered the same day and cold called this florist because they were close to the restaurant where I wanted the flowers delivered. Dee Dee answered the phone and even though it was after 12:00 noon, she said she would make it happen. She really cared and listened to me. I am well impressed by Dee Dee and Dierbergs. They had a $25 same day delivery fee. Very fair considering this was a last minute order. You'll be getting my future business. Thanks a lot!!!"

"Two times in and row I’ve had issue with deliveries. Once the arrangement was damaged and now they missed the delivery time for the day. When you pay for shipping it should be there, so now it’s going to be a day late. Will not be purchasing flowers from here again."
