"I feel so disappointed, I signed up my son for Astronomy Class for November and paid $80 and the staff told me my kid was the only kid in the class so far so they’ve told me the class might get cancel if theres no more kids in the club, and said they were going to call me to let me know more details about the class! So i waited and nothing so i assumed the class was canceled! I asked the lady in front if they call or email before the classes start or something and she said yes!! Anyway i called and I believe his name is Tom or something, who works there told me i cant get a refund for some reason! In the past they have given me a refund when classes get cancel and i told him that maybe the whole thing was a misunderstanding with the front desk and asked for a refund and he said no!! because apparently they dont call, only if the class gets cancel which I completely understand but in this case the lady in the desk told me something different and tbh she seemed confused when i was there because she didn’t know much about this event!! When i signed the papers theres nothing about no refunds or anything! This guy knew he could easily give me my money back with no issues its not like they’re system doesn’t allows it!"

"Very rude staff , soda machine was broken it had no gas at all and they refused to give me my money back even though I didn't drink the flat nasty soda . And after knowing that they continued to serve it and take peoples money refusing to give ant refunds . Also my son ordered a Oreo ice cream on a stick they took his $3.50 and then told him they didn't have that one and give him a different ice cream and said don't worry this is better !!!!!"

"My father has Alzheimer’s but he still loves to swim. Usually he has a carer bring him but today I got to go with. The pool was clean, lots of lifeguards and everyone was so nice. I live in LaGrange Park and this pool was much more affordable than the one down my street. We could never get in the “country club”. It’s great for the neighborhood but it’s great for my dad."

"Great program overall for daycamp!! Administration in the office is severely lacking intelligence and they like to deflect and never take responsibility for their mistakes! Get told you didn’t get an email because you didn’t pay when you paid well in advance! Don’t send forms that need to be signed prior to the first day of camp but told my daughter I didn’t sign them. Well I wasn’t told there were additional forms to sign for the first day! Completely unprofessional when it comes to taking ownership of their mistakes!!"

"Nice pool, rules are a little much, hours are very limited. So much so, even with a seasons pass, it's really hard to get there! If I wasn't a resident, I would go somewhere else. Staff isn't the friendliest. But the pool itself is clean."
