"Delivers flowers to the wrong address. Didn't make it right the next day. Ordered through "your flowers" online. Then after failing to make it right for next day. I'm told to wait another 2 days by the mediator of "your flowers". I don't get it. They're local and couldn't deliver an order to the right residence with all the the tech we have out there. Address posted on mailbox, above garage, and on door! Now somebody else has my mother's floral gift. Glad the mediator refunded me. Crazy how much you can spend for incompetence."

"Needed to send flowers last-minute and The Flower Stop totally came through for me! I was in a bit of a pinch and needed a bouquet for my friend, like, ASAP. I gave them a call, and they were super chill about the whole next-day delivery thing. And let me tell you about the bouquet – it was stunning! They totally nailed it with the design. It wasn’t just a bunch of flowers thrown together; you could tell they put some real thought into making it look special. My friend loved the surprise, and the flowers definitely made her day. "Wonderful place for flowers for high school dances. Ordered online the night before and got a phone call the next morning that one of the components of the wrist corsage I ordered was out of stock. Said they would happily substitute with something different and even lowered the price. When we were there, the service was so wonderful and if anyone picking up wanted to change their item slightly, they had plenty of staff there to make it exactly to the buyers satisfaction. "The Flower Stop bailed us out of a huge jam today! We ordered flowers for our mom’s funeral from another shop on line that were supposed to be delivered yesterday afternoon for our funeral this morning. When we got to the funeral home there were no flowers. I called The Flower Stop in Cottleville and asked if they could help. I texted them a picture of the flowers and they were Delivered to the funeral home within an hour and were beautiful. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day. "Thank you to my husband for his love and thoughtfulness. He chose this because it reminded him of the colors of our wedding - love this man. My husband ordered these for me for Valentines Day through The Flower Stop in Cottleville MO. There were two broken roses and he said the order was not correct. Also, you will notice this was supposed to be 24 roses, but most of the roses look like bush roses instead of long stemmed roses. Which I am ok with. The reason I point that out is most of the bush roses are wilting and withering. He usually orders through Walter Knoll but was offered through his work so he thought he would try it out. Well, I called them to let them know that the two broken roses was not acceptible, nor the wilted/withering roses, nor the fact that this was not the correct arrangement. They said they would have a new arrangement out to me first thing today. I just called them and they are trying to use the excuse of the weather for it not being delivered. Told me I would have to wait until tomorrow, We barely have a dusting of snow on the sidewalks. Streets are clear. And it only started about an hour ago. So they basically put their mistake behind their new orders. I told them to just refund our money. We will not use them again. Walter Knoll still the best florist in our area."
