"We began the process of building our pool by meeting with three pool companies. All three were good but we felt most comfortable with Caribbean Pools. Our project manager was Sam and we can not say enough about how committed he was to make our dream pool a reality. Sam handled all the permit requirements which was not an easy task. He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He is a straight shooter and gave us his opinion and direction based on his experience. What I was most impressed with was each member of the Caribbean team was friendly, professional and extremely hard working. They truly are a team. Sam also worked as a contact person with the village, our landscapers and the fence company. He oversaw every step of the construction.
