"Just a guest but enjoy playing indoors during these friggin cold winters!"
"Utter mismanagement!! I had booked a spot a 10 days in advance but they canceled last minute of scheduled day saying they got confused with names. I booked 2 slots for following week and today they called asking card details for registration payment and that only one spot out of 2 days is open unfortunately … blah blah.. Not satisfied with court booking process and last minute changes after committing."
"Very mean director and fluffy balls with a viewing problem. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! First of all, the director was yelling at kids. My son was done with a match and he told the score. The director yelled Boys 12's, Boys 12's. My son was SCARED of the director. Next, the ball problem. So the director is using balls from a previous match. They change the balls every three matches! By that time the balls are so fluffy and dead that the ball barely bounces! The viewing problem. The right side of 5 courts you can see perfectly but on the left side there is such a tiny window that you can barely see through. Only two people can sit there at a time and quality of viewing is horrendous. Finally, my son's tournament was going on and they were very behind schedule. My son's match got delayed but 1 hour and 30 minutes! And they are giving courts to adults that are not playing the tournaments! What a dumb choice from the director. They could have used that court so they could get back on schedule. There is no usta referee so if there is a problem you have to go inside and inform the director."
"Very mean director and they don't even open a can of new balls every match, in fact they open a new pack every three matches. The balls were so fluffy and dead! Even after asking the director said no. The director yells at kids, for example, I asked for a two minute warmup before the five minute to stretch. and he yelled no. The viewing is also very very bad. On one side of courts it is fine but then the left side of courts there is such a tiny glass to see through. Only like two people can sit there at a time."
"Great facility. Being in Naperville, is more expensive then 5 Star or Rush Copley, but that's understandable. Older facility, but reminds me of the club I grew up playing in. Really nice courts, well lit. Can be busy at times, but as long as you book ahead (1 week out), you'll have a better chance to reserve a court. Viewing areas aren't the best, but nothing they can control. My daughter takes lessons and the instructors have been good overall. Especially like JEFF, he does a great job with all the kids, not an easy job. LEANDRO is new and the head instructor and he is AMAZING. A lot of different options and class times for youth lessons. Many adult leagues as well. No outdoor courts unfortunately. Overall, if you are interested in playing tennis indoors during the winter, it's a great option. Front desk staff no issues. Yes, they employ some high schoolers, but they've been great. They're all doing their best. Agree, parking lot is very busy after practices, as it is very narrow. Would be nice to have some additional lighting in the parking lot, but given it's tucked right into a neighborhood, probably not able to do so. Really happy to have this facility close by."
