"My girl got her V-Day Bouquet! It was beautiful and even arrived in the first half of the morning which was sooner than I let myself expect given the day. I called twice with questions that were answered by people I felt cared and wanted to help. Thank you! I'll be getting flowers through Darla's going forward!"

"I am a small business owner and I have a hard time leaving a negative review but the total lack of responsibility for a job gone wrong was appalling. My daughter and I send a lot of flowers for birthdays and events. This year was her first year away from home for college and she ordered flowers for me for my birthday. It's the first birthday in 19 years that we haven't spent together and she ordered a beautiful bouquet to be delivered on my birthday (Sept. 8th). The arrangement was delivered on September 1st! An entire week early and unfortunately, I was out of town until the next Tuesday. An employee sent me a photo and the arrangement was very pretty but there were only 6 flowers total (the rest was all filler) and all of it was brown and wilted by the time I got to see it. My daughter called to inquire about the mixup and the lady responded several times that she "couldn't have made a mistake because the computer tells her what to do"... When my daughter reiterated that she had a receipt with a very clear delivery date on it that was not followed the woman asked what she wanted her to do about it? My daughter suggested a partial refund or a very small bouquet being redelivered on my actual birthday to which was replied, "Well that's not going to happen!" Not even an apology! My daughter is homesick and I miss her terribly, and what was supposed to be a moment of cheer on a bummer birthday ended up creating an even bigger disappointment. The most disappointing thing though was the total lack of care or concern showed by this florist."

I received my flowers on March 15 th they were so fresh, colorful and every flower was of excellent quality. The container was very nice and they even texted me to let me know flowers had arrivedI really enjoyed my gift and will be ordering again from Darla’s. Excellent!"
