"UPDATE: Another broken promise. After asking multiple times to have repairs made, they threatened to sue for harassment. Then they said they would be here today at 7:30. Again a no show. DO NOT TRUST ROLANDO! BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR. Customer service is terrible. Had a huge patio installed three years ago. It looked great. However, there immediately was major pooling after rains. It is so bad that algae is growing in the pooling spots. The lights they convinced me to add were the wrong colored lights. I've had pavers break. I've communicated all this to Rolando immediately. Every time they actually scheduled to come make the repairs they never showed up. I would call and they started ghosting. It has been 3 years and the repairs are still NOT made. The only way I can get their attention is to posted a negative review. As soon as I posted a review, they called and promised to make the corrections. I took the original review down and it has been another two months and they never have showed up. There has been rain and an ear ache, but after three years this is totally unacceptable. A five year warranty is only meaningful if they come to make repairs. There are many other reviews that speak to the same issues with Rolando and his team. BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH! They will not honor their word"
