"My trusted and go-to cleaner. I have been looking for a consistent and high-quality dry cleaner for the past 2 years. Urban Cleaners has been absolutely amazing. The manager is very friendly and even explained their process for cleaning garments in such depth! I dropped off 2 early 2000s leather jackets and received the items back in pristine condition. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. They also know exactly what goes on at their cleaner. The honesty and great service gave me enough faith to drop off a higher-end leather jacket. I received it back today once again in pristine condition. Prices are fair and the turn around time is just right. The cleaning does not leave any lingering odor nor any type of residue on my clothing. I will only be going to Urban Cleaners for my cleaning in the future."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE OWNER!! If I could give a negative star I would. I had dropped off three items a few months ago before leaving the state for work and at that time the woman behind the counter only asked for my phone number for the dry cleaning claim ticket. I gave her my phone number as she requested and left. Once back in town and prior to returning to the dry cleaners to retrieve my items, I search everywhere for the claim ticket but couldn't find it. I went to the cleaners anyway thinking if I could just describe the three items I dropped off down to the color, size and the tags on the clothes showing the brand name I wouldn't have any issues paying for my clothes and getting them back. I went to the dry cleaner this morning and only the owner was working when I arrived. I told him my situation and after checking their system and not finding my phone number, he told me my clothes weren't there. I asked multiple times if he could please do a quick- walk through to check if my clothes were hanging in the back possibly without a ticket, he absolutely refused to even check. This is a small neighborhood dry cleaner so the store isn't even that large to do a walk through for a customers items. I asked again and gave him even more details about each item and he said he knows they wouldn't be there because my phone number wasn't in there their system end of story. He then said it was my fault my information wasn't in the system and if I was dropping my car off for service would I only give them my phone number for a claim ticket? Seriously!??! He was overbearing, rude, uncooperative and lacked any basic customer service skills or accountability. How lazy and unprofessional can you be, especially as the owner of a small business!?? I am now out a cute summer dress, a cashmere scarf and a cashmere sweater all because the owner is bitter and hates his customers. Go anywhere else for your dry cleaning but here. Update: I read your reply to my original complaint and you just confirmed what I wrote. You are unprofessional and just don't care, not to mention you blatantly lied in your written reply. You still take no accountablility as a business owner or that an error could have been made by one of your employees. I was very upfront with you and told you the time frame I dropped off the items, that I misplaced the claim ticket, what the color of the items were, the size of the dress, where the dress was purchased and what the label read on the dress. Also to be very clear, you didn't ask me to leave your store, I walked out while you continued raising your voice at me and being hostile and argumentative. Only now after I posted a poor review online are you finally willing to check and see if my items are in your store. This was all I requested from you earlier however you simply refused, blamed me instead and acted like a bully. All of this could have been easily avoided if you showed any level of empathy, kindness or even a small amount of professionalism when I came by earlier requesting assistance. Lastly, I never threatened you, I calmly said before leaving that I would come back with my husband because your voice and hostility was escalating and I didn't feel safe being alone with you in your store any longer. Facts matters, do better."
