"My wipers blades were stolen on the first night I moved in. (1*) I have been here for 4 years. Its convenient location. (4*) If you have children or don't like weeds, please don't come here. Smelling smoke of weeds on 2625 N. Van Dorn St. from the parking lot, to the hallway, and come up to my room. I requested to move to the different building, but they not guarantee if that not going to happened. (0*)"

"Safe for you if you don’t drive. This is my car vandalized 2 times within 3 weeks. 1,000.00 I paid out to repair. Even got a club for protection as you can see, it didn’t matter. Management has been notified multiple times about the vandalism on mine and at least 5 other cars in the past few weeks with no response. You would think they would send out a mass email to the community at the very least to warn everyone seeing that nothing else is being done! They don’t mind sending mass emails reminding everyone that rent is due! What a shame. On a good note, maintenance team is one of the best!"

"Part of this review is to concur with the review by Karen O. on yelp as of 9/26/22, I am giving two stars because despite the incompetence of the senior management and disregard for the increased crime rate, the maintenance crew seems to care and perform above and beyond. Our car which is located approximately 25 feet from our window and was broken into twice in a three week time period, and so far at least five others have been broken into in similar fashion, as recent as this morning the Alex police was here taking break-in reports. I personally spoke with the regional manager on the phone three weeks ago only to be told that they were actively speaking with the Alexandria police, and furthermore where trying to get some kind of physical security to at least make rounds. I spoke with the police, who could not confirm any such communication, more importantly there has been zero apparent effort to provide any means of security on the property. So the lesson here is that despite whatever canned response the "owner" provides here on this format, the real proof is in the owners lack of reaction to providing a more safer community. The unit are fine enough, so if you do not own a car, you should be ok, the bus stops here regularly 7 days a week."

"I leave for 3 years at Braddock Lee Apartments,Braddock has been my home for a long time, and has seen me through countless life changes. The staff is phenomenal and friendly maintenance team is always timely. I could not recommend this place enough. Plus, free AMPLE parking and free electricity."
