"Poor attention to detail and customer service. After dropping them off for cleaning, Ruby Cleaners returned my fairly new tuxedo pants with a significant rip in the front. When I pointed it out, they did attempt to fix; however, those attempts have left me with a wonky looking pair of pants, which is unacceptable for formal wear. They have refused to replace the pants."
