"Mark and his company did a great job on my 8' circular red/ivory silk and wool blend rug. The red color of my rug was a bleeder, meaning red (the weakest dye color there is) wanted to bleed into the ivory section, but he magically and professionally controlled it so that wouldn't happen. it looks much nicer and clean! His initial quote was the same price I paid on delivery day. He is a fair, straight-forward, honest, and reliable professional. He answers the phone quickly. I used his coupon for free pickup and delivery. Only a week turn around time for the holiday season as well. The price was fair too! We'll definitely hire him again. :)"
