"I dropped off my wife’s Canada goose coyote fur hooded parka when I came to pick it up she tried to give me a knockoff Canada goose jacket and insisted that this was the jacket I dropped off I had my receipt and pictures of my wife wearing the parka told her I’m gonna call the police so she went in the back and grabbed it i paid my bill and ran out l…I don’t what was she trying to pull off by trying to swap out the item she thought I wouldn’t notice I am leaving this review so that people may be careful when doing business at this establishment… Reply to hickory hills owner…(part2) I didn’t beg for same day service you asked if I will pay more for same day service which I agreed and what’s the difference if I didn’t pick up the same day it was a few days later when I did come in to pick up the item you insisted that someone’s knock off brand was my item I only became upset when you tried to give me a different item that I had dropped off and you didn’t believe I could afford Canada goose you even said you can afford that!!! Which is nobody’s business if I can or can’t and why did I have to show you photos of my wife wearing the item for you to believe it was a Canada goose or you tried to pull a switch and when you lose or misplace a customer’s item especially a designer piece the customer will automatically get upset you should understand that the item was left in your establishment and is your responsibility.I did not become hostile nor aggressive I was upset.if was short 1 dollar short you would get upset right so In turn you should understand someone losing a 1500.00 jacket would get a bit upset as well. All this back and forth is your fault I was a customer for many years I don’t know what was your intentions but you can’t lose or act like the customer can’t afford designer clothing!!! and expect a pat on the back and then question the customer’s ability to afford designer clothing… P.S always remember don’t judge a book by its cover!!!"

"The taylor does expert alterations. I brought in an expensive purse with an awkward strap. She had an excellent idea to readjust it and she sewed it perfectly. She also added an inside zipper to my jean jacket and has done numerous other alterations. She is absolutely amazing and I won’t bring my items anywhere else. Everything I’ve brought in has been completed on time and looks fabulous! I’m so happy I found this business! They also do a wonderful job with all of my dry cleaning. I highly recommend this place!!"

"These people are amazing. Every time I've used them they've been great, the job is done well and done quickly. My mom said that they gave her attitude when she went on there, but we were asking for a dress to be done in a couple of hours, so I feel like IF there was attitude it was warranted. Never been disappointed."
