"Dropped off my mother's beautiful custom-made comforter that had been packed away. I wanted to use it in my bedroom, which has my mother's furniture. I told the attendant that it was custom-made, and it needed to be handled gently, no harsh chemicals. When I picked it up, I could tell immediately that the colors were faded, and the sheen in the material was totally gone. I was so upset and know that my mother would have been devastated. But the damage was done. When I got home, I took it out of the bag to look it over. I couldn't believe the horrendous odor, which I'm not sure will ever go away. It's now spread over my dining room table in the hope that fresh air will help the smell. I know I could have done a much better job myself, washing it in a machine. Will NEVER go back to this establishment."
