"This cleaners ruined my mothers antique pearl clutch purse! They said they could do it. They couldn't. Numberous mini pearl lines were lifted from the purse fabric, threads were broken and causing pearls to rise up from the base and create bubbles where it was originally flat and smooth. Their incompetancy will not be forgiven. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS CLEANERS. We went back to get our money back and all she could say was "oh my God" and refused to return our money!"
