"I have had them in the past and they were great. I asked the guy who came this time if he was going to wear different shoes. He said no once he comes in he doesn't go out again till work is done..what?. No booties. Then said he couldn't get spots out by chair and couch though he went over it t wice. No spot remover? Was here at most 15-20 min. Pay attention to who you send Executive Green. Very disappointing this time. Can no longer recommend."

"From the moment Mitch and Bianca came through my front door I knew it would be a great experience. The explained their carpet cleaning process very thoroughly before they started so I knew what to expect. I had 4 rooms 12 stairs and a hallway done and it only took them about 1.5 hours. They put down corner protectors so their hoses wouldn't damage my walls as well as moving blankets on the other floors for protection. But the best part was how CLEAN they got my carpets. One room in particular had a lot of wear and dirt because of the traffic. Bianca called me into the room to show me the difference before she finished and it was incredible. Everything comes from the truck outside so they're not filling and emptying machines in your house. The high power suction leaves very little moisture in the carpets and they were very dry in 4 hours. Money well spent and it wasn't even a lot of money. All that for $328.00! I will recommend you to everyone I know."

"I was in the Chicago area helping someone with their house, and started looking for professional carpet cleaners. I interviewed 2 companies, one of whom was Executive Green Carpet Cleaning. I was happy to find a service offering a "green" solution, one who used safer chemicals; but, I was concerned about how effective it would be compared to those who use chemical soaps, etc. Kelly took my call, and with deft knowledge she compared their services to traditional carpet cleaning methods. I wanted to avoid VOC offing (Volatile Organic Compounds, unhealthy odors from the chemicals used), yet wanted to make sure their methods were effective. I was also under a time restraint due to having to leave town in a few days, plus the carpet in this house was quite dirty. Kelly gave me the confidence to hire them, and she went out of her way to meet my schedule. The cleaning crew was very professional, polite, and clear in their communication.
