"I have used them for years without any problem. Recently, I dropped off a delicate national costume (dress) that they have always cleaned for me. The dress is especially hand made and was bought at another country. It is not sold in the US. It came back with the hand painted flowers on the dress totally smudged. We tried to get the $7 back for them ruining my dress. The lady made an excuse that she "could not give refunds today" and to come back the next day. She also made an excuse that "Everyone dropping off items at their store should know that it could be destroyed." What? We have brought the same dress to them for years. It was not destroyed. Obviously, this time, they did something else to it that destroyed it. Further, If we knew they could potentially destroy the national costume dress, we would not have used them. I will never return to this place. Poor way to treat a loyal customer."

"I came here because of the good reviews, but wanted to give a review on my experience as a heads up. I dropped off a blazer and a new tie for an upcoming work event. They cleaned the blazer great, but the tie was absolutely destroyed. It came back with tears and rips and still had the same stain on it. When I pointed it out the lady told me that this happens with old ties(I bought it a year ago), and then she went to the back and tried to give me other people’s ties that they left behind to make up for it. From the reviews, it seems like my experience was an outlier but it was my first time coming to this cleaner so needless to say I won’t be back. If you made a mistake, just admit it. Now I’m scrambling for my work event when I thought I was way ahead of everything."

"Service was fast and very professional. I got my items on time and well taken care of. I needed some repair work done on my suit pants and they took care of it with no problem. They also do other alterations as well all for a more than fair price. I would highly advise using this cleaners."

"I mostly go here for alterations and sewing service, and I think they do a great job. We brought a strapless dress here for them to add straps, and the owner recommended we use different ribbon than what we'd originally chosen. She pointed out things we hadn't seen and made a recommendation for what to get so that we'd be happy with the result. It turned out great. I've had pants hemmed here and zippers put in and the quality of the work is always good. Plus, they have your things ready on time and are very pleasant to deal with."
