"Was supposed to be gifted a 'gourmet wine and cheese basket ". Ended up receiving a basket full of cheap candy, store brand crackers and old fruit (nothing of which we could consume). When this basket showed up and a picture was sent to the sender, they were appalled and embarrassed at what had been delivered. The value that was paid for the basket vs the junk that was received was about 1/4 of what was paid for. I understand there is a markup for the service, but this was not even close. Had the sender wanted a candy basket delivered, they would have ordered a candy basket. I would not recommend this business as you will not get what you pay for. Edit : Response to reply. Definitely not the wrong floral shop - (see attached image - it has your tag on it). The basket was ordered on line through a 3rd party online floral shop (telaflora, 1-800 flowers, bloomex etc..). The order was contracted out to you - a local florist. If you are not licensed to sell alcohol, nor have the majority of the items ordered in stock, then I'm not sure why you would have accepted an order for a wine and cheese basket in the first place if you are not able to fulfill what was ordered. You accepted the order, yet replaced the entire contents with substitutions perhaps not realizing that sender and recipient do communicate to ensure that the item ordered is what was actually received. This did not occur within the last week; I have not had a chance to post my experience until now."

"Called yesterday to place an order for mothers day flowers. I picked out an arrangement online that had white, purple and pink flowers and the arrangement was in a square vase. When I spoke to the lady on the phone I told her the name of the arrangement online that I wanted and she said "it wont come out quite the same as the picture". I told her that was okay but I specifically wanted the SQUARE vase and NO PINK in the arrangement bc my mom isnt a fan of the color pink. She said no problem. .... the next day my mom sends me a picture of all pink bouquet with one white flower and a CYLINDER vase. Are you kidding me?!"
