"Brought a rug here as a last-ditch effort after it was soiled by our dog during her potty training stages. I'm embarrassed to say the stench was thick and pungent, noticeable from a couple feet away. No amount of enzyme cleaner seemed to make a difference. Lo and behold, Rug Salon managed to make the rug look and smell fantastic. I was told I had one of the smelliest rugs there...which isn't great to hear, but also makes it all the more amazing at how good this rug smells compared to the day I dropped it off. "We had decided it was time to replace our high traffic, family room area rug. It's a very thick shag and we figured it would need to replace since spot cleaning never truly did the job. For a year we've been searching, yet could never find one we loved. Looking into rug cleaners in the area (and a bit obsessed with their videos) we decided Rug Salon would be our best bet. Well, we were absolutely shocked when we picked up our rug. It looks and smells like brand new. NO chemical cover up either. Like brand new rug! My husband has puts his face to it many times trying to detect anything other than fresh, nope! We also have 3 heavy shedding dogs and there isn't a hair on it. We feel this was an amazing value and will bring all our rugs here. The gentleman that helped us was very kind. We can't recommend them enough!"

"THIS is the place to get your rugs cleaned! My 14 year old (and very very dirty) area rug looks brand new after they cleaned it. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about all things rug related. Store is immaculate and they have top of the line cleaning equipment. I've used other rug cleaning places, but they don't even come close to how clean Rug Salon got my old rug. Very convenient hours as well, which is greatly appreciated. I will be back!!!"
