"Pros: On time, friendly, fast work, easy to schedule. Cons: Some of the windows still had dots of hard-to-remove dirt on them and some of the tracks were cleaned poorly (didn't notice until he had left) - it looks more like a one-swipe-and-I'm-done job, than someone really trying to get the windows completely clean. The previous time I used this company they did a better job, so this may have been an aberration. Also more expensive than you might find elsewhere if you wait for Groupons or Mark-downs, by about $60-$80 for my 18 windows including a sliding door and one bay."
