"2/2/24 - WATCH OUT.....We went into contract with them January of 2023. We were not happy at all with their services, they attempted to make approvements but still never up to par for our company. Communications with their Operations Manager about our disappointment and when asked when our contract ended we were told "The signed contract has a duration of 12 months, officially starting on 1-22-23, which means it will conclude on 1-22-24." - so we dealt with their substandard cleaning so as not to break the contract. Well to our surprise....even after that communication, they automatically renew the contracts for another 12 months unless "the client" notifies them 45 days prior to the current contract ending. Just absolutely ridiculous..."

"Update: 1/5/24: We took before and after pictures of the last cleaning. They did not clean two of our main offices and continue to send a cleaning crew to be turned away. They are relentless!! If you choose to go with this company cross out section 13! Otherwise you will be in the same situation as us. Constant harassment! For bad cleaning!!! I am in the middle of cancelling our contract with this company. We have had two (2) crews out to our facility. First crew ending up being a one man show. Showed up when wanted, did not clean fully. According to our contract they provided another crew. They too, do not clean. They are not cleaning the items listed on our contract. So, if you want to move on they will not let you. Liquidated damages they say. I would have loved if they came in and completed their job as outlined in our contract. Run from this company - they are not hiring qualified help. This kind of service should never burden a company. This one has for us. Most of these positive reviews are from years past - they are not current ones."
