She has some unique arrangements that stand out. Lindsey explained the process to me so that there were no surprises and even sent a picture of the finished product. I was confident that the person received what I paid for and planned on sending. There was an issue, but Lindsey called me immediately and offered me options on moving forward. Most other places would have guessed at what I would have wanted without my input. The arrangement was beautifully elegant! I appreciate an honest business that focuses on old fashioned customer service! I will definitely be using the Floratory again knowing that they offer a superior product and customer service."
