Bolt Laundry Service

"I used Bolt laundry service for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I still have not received an invoice yet the company has zero problem taking $350 from me with my initial estimation of laundry weight (I hand no idea how much things weigh). The driver was late picking up my clothes and late dropping them off. So far this has been a horrible first impression. Despite repeated phone calls, messages through their website and emails I have yet to receive an invoice or even get a call back. I also have a comforter that came back torn. Likely from a too small washer. Careful! They will steal your money!!"

"I’ve used this company 3 times. The first time was great. Fast, responsive although the folding was a little sloppy. The second time, I was charged twice for the same order. The third time, the pick up was a day late, the drop off was two days late and all of our underwear and socks were missing. After two weeks of calling, they located and delivered our clothing along with a 15 pieces of somebody else’s clothing. They also double charged me again. I’ve called, left messages and emails with no response. I will never use this service again."

"Pay attention to the bad reviews!!! I was in a bind and had to send my laundry out to be cleaned and there were no laundromats I could go to in downtown Nashville and I had no car, so I decided to use this company. A decision I greatly regret. Not only did they charge me for a laundry bag, but they failed to deliver it under the excuse of "we deliver laundry on x day and the bag gets delivered the next day" which makes zero sense. Just say you forgot and try to fix it. Despite claiming to send someone to deliver the bag the same day since I had to fly out the next day, they did not. You will also find yourself missing clothing items when they are returned and they won't do anything about it. Their customer service people don't know anything or how to answer any questions so they'll tell you they need to get more information and will get back to you. How do you not know if you can reimburse me for the missing items or find them and deliver them to me? No surprise there no one has called back, which more than likely means they are going to ignore the issue and not get back to me. I lost out on quite a bit of clothes and it's super frustrating because I'm traveling for work and now I'm further limited with clothes. I really wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Stay away if you don't want to lose money."
