"DO NOT BRING YOUR LEATHER HERE FOR ALTERATIONS!!! On Oct. 21st I brought my husband's leather jacket in to have the zipper insert pin repaired. I was told that the zipper needed to be replaced. My receipt showed that the jacket should be finished by Nov. 1st. I opted for text messages and went on my way. When I called on the scheduled pickup day, I was told that the jacket will not be ready until Friday, a few days later. Ok, no problem. When I called back on Friday, I was told that it was never sent out because they needed to charge me $20 more because they didn't charge me correctly when I brought in the jacket. Of course the miscommunication bothered me but I was still respectful and kind when I went in to pay the difference. I did ask how soon I can get the zipper fixed seeing that it has already been two weeks. The manager I presume, answered by telling me that someone tried to call me but I didn't answer. I have no records of said call, but I explained, that was neither here nor there because I called the store myself and this information was not relayed. Still not the point, I would just like to know when I would be able to pick up the jacket. He went on about someone calling me but I didn't answer. By his own admission, they only reached out once. So in a joking manner I said I remember the times when companies would actually have a customer follow up log, with a sarcastic laugh. I don't think he appreciated my sense of humor. I wasn't happy but I wasn't mad either, I just wanted to know how soon I could get my item. Finally after three weeks I was able to pick up the jacket and was so disappointed. The stitching was not professional. I wish I would have just retrieved my husband's jacket at the first sign of bad business practices. I paid $60 and waited 3 weeks for a very bad alteration. I feel like I had my husband's leather jacket destroyed."

"The gentleman that I interacted with( I assumed was the owner) was super friendly and very helpful. He checked in my items, information and the coupon I had, and gave me my pick up date. 2 days, later, on time my items were ready. Cleaned, wrapped as promised. The young man who helped me offered to carry my large comforter to my vehicle as I would have had to make to trips out. Extremely happy with the service I received, and will definitely return for additional business. And recommend them to my friends and family."
