"BUYER BEWARE: I wish I could go back in time and request an example of their services. First off, JanPro finds cleaning companies to work for them and sends them to your facility to clean. They require you to sign a contract, which I had to do as a daycare center. Now I am stuck with poor service for 8 more months unless I want to pay for the remaining months. The soap dispenser has fallen off the wall in the kitchen and the bathroom and was left on the floor for us to clean up which took forever because off all of the soap. They used something on our stainless steel refrigerator that has rusted the whole door. The floor is half clean (literally watched the same piece of paper on my floor for weeks before I picked it up myself) and it's dusty. And they leave their cleaning supplies all over the floor of my utility room. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have stayed quiet for too long. I deserve a clean facility for my money. I suggest you shop around and make an informed decision."
