"Not sure about the cleaning of the duct work yet. Just 1 day. They left a mess all over the house I now have to clean. They came 3 hour early with out notice. I had laundry out to fold now I have more laundry to wash and re wash. What ever they sprayed in the vents made me dizzy and light headed. I was home alone and trying to work. When I asked them a question how it's done they did not want to answer me. Like I am supposed to know how it's done with out knowing g the procedure. I rate 0 stars for now.i have a new furnace praying its not messed up."

"I had absolutely no problems with the two gentlemen that that did the job. They actually got there early. They called before they just showed up to make sure it was OK. It was a very good value and they did an awesome job. They were very professional and respectful. My ductwork probably hadn’t been cleaned since the house was built (1950). I’ve only been here a short while and decided it was time. I can actually clean my bathroom and it doesn’t get coated in dog hair immediately after. I can sweep my kitchen floor and I can wait a couple days before I have to sweep again - instead of 20 minutes later! I am extremely pleased with the job the guys did. "Hello Everyone, this is a scam please do not use this service, recently I took their service and ended up paying $300 but my air duct is not cleaned; techs are not trained, no shoe cover or rug use during the service; at the end my house was a complete mess, spend 6 hrs cleaning; my house is only 7yrs old, got holes made on the intake and return line which was covered with duct tape that comes off and my dryer vent was also messed up which lead to clothes not drying, spend 6 hrs to fix my dryer vent and clean it myself, also they use a false company name while taking the booking, so please call the company and confirm to find out if they are faking, I am going to report this to local police station as well. I wanted to do air duct cleaning because I was recently bless with a baby and due to busy schedule I did not do a background check on this service. Hope people can read this comment and stay away from this scamers."

"Horrible scam, they do not even use the correct procedure to clean ducts. They didn’t take one register off. Basically sprayed air through the register and then sucked it out from a vacuum unit. No fingers used on the hoses, and the hoses never got into the vents. They also did one furnace open on the return for two floors and I had two furnaces. They were completely finished within 35 minutes from setup to breakdown. Total scam, these jobs should take 4 hours. Priced at $250 but it’s worth paying $500 for the real thing. Devine’s service methods do nothing for actually cleaning your ducts!!! Run away and don’t use them in Facebook #scam #ductcleaning #hvac #furnacerepair"
