"I have complained about this mess to Theresa, but the problem is with the processing, not her! My beautiful satin blouse was put on a wire hanger, which caused it to slip off & the collar to crumple! I can't wear it like this! My husband's shirts were so poorly done & Theresa's excuse was that it had to do with the pressing. I had them dry cleaned so that I didn't need to iron but look at the MESS they came back in‼️. I want you to redo every one of these items & have them look professionally done! I also want an apology for the mess & ALSO for not getting back to me!! This was done November 7th!! Today is December 1st!"
