"Booked an appointment with Stanley Steemer to have my ducts cleaned. Although they were a bit pricey than others their equipment was superior, they were communicative, prompt, and professional. The work was done well the tech was super good about showing me the before and after. They cleaned up after the job and were super respectful of covering their shoes when in the home. The techs were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them but keep in mind they’re a bit pricey but well worth it."

"Experience was 50/50. They guys were in huge rush. Job was 1200 plus. Ended up with damage from their red hose and metal tip. Now paying a painter to come back and fix what was just redone. Duct cleaners were only hired to rid any construction dust caught in the system. Entire basement was literally just painted. Stanley ended up causing more damage and costing me more money. I’ve had other duct cleaners do a good job in the past however Francisco was quite different my experience with the other workers. Aside from the damage on the wall I literally watched him remove a hardwood floor register and flip it onto the hardwood like it was a pancake; Fransico clearly had zero care in terms of causing damage to other people’s property. Pictures were taken on the same day, reference the light switch for areas of damage. Photo of the door with dirt was a separate area. I would like to give Stanley the chance to make this right to consider changing my review. I’m a small business owner and go beyond the extra mile to make my clients happy and earn a five star review. To have your guys walk in my clients home and ruin that opportunity for my company within roughly 3 hours rubs me very very wrong."
