"So on a Friday I posted a not so good review due to the response I got when trying to determine why the spots were back on my carpet after being cleaned 7 months ago in a formal living room with no foot traffic I received a call from Abraham this morning (Monday) and he was very responsive to my questions and concerns and we discussed what could be done to manage the 3 spots. He also listened to my concerns regarding the customer service I received on the phone. I appreciate that he called and was responsive to the issue of my rug as well as the customer service. He also said that if the solution for the carpet spot he provided to me did not work that I should bring the carpet back in and they would clean it again. We have used the services from Mr Natural since the facility was located on Central Ave in Roselle and have never experienced any problems in the past. We have been happy with the service and continued to use them. I am glad that the management of the business took my concerns seriously and took the time to call the customer and talk through the issues. Due to Abraham reaching out to me and for his response to the issues addressed I removed the negative review I posted on Friday and posted this in its place"

"Tech Org/Los did an amazing job. They even cleaned my dryer vent and I am so glad I listed to the tech to get it done. Thank you again for the great service. This was the second time I used them and both time they were consistent with their service. Techs are great."

"7/22 They came out to clean the dryer vents. They spotted that my untrained dog went number 2 on the stairs. We picked it up and apologized they called Human Services on us. If the slightest thing is wrong with your home they will do the same to you. You have been warned. They won't be able to find your house either-even if you live in an association that picks to use them. Please help us find your house, and I go outside and have to direct them for over 20 minutes in a small complex. They are in this area almost every day and yet they still can't find homes in our association. 7/30 Update: Today in retaliation for me posting negatively about them they called out the Human Services guy again, and they were not even at my home today. The Health Inspector referred to the techs and other techs at Mr. Natural as children. 8/6 The association wants us to use this company, and they sure didn't do any work the first time they came out. So we call to set another appointment this was their chance to make things right with us, and they won't come back to our home. Complain about anything on their company and the "managers" will just get on the phone shout a whole bunch and talk over you. This company truly is a disgrace. 8/25 Mr. Natural after the bad reviews and telling me that they couldn't schedule with us seems to have had a change of heart. They sent over techs who were very professional today. They did the work didn't complain about anything and just did their jobs. They also did not require help to find my home like the previous techs. I have adjusted to 3 stars but this would be 5 stars had they sent out the second group of guys the first time."
