"Let’s get this straight with everyone who seeks a professional service. First off, the way I was handled working with these guys for the past 3 months was utterly unacceptable and I did my absolute best working for them. I have 20 years of customer service experience and just as much time doing hvac electrical & plumbing. I have a lot going on in my life with court and being a released convict obviously, it’s not the easiest finding work. I introduced to them in my interview EVERYTHING that was going on in my life and left no details out. (And I got fired because of how much I got going on with court, was their only explanation upon asking why am I being let go). During the interview, I was told $19 an hour and AFTER getting my first check and seeing $17, I brought it up and they made me basically feel like I was insane (why would I just come up with this magical number of 19)? Anyways, throughout the few months employment experience with them, the two guys that oversee everything there (Vinny & Yo) have become brown nosed, arrogant people with ALOT of judgmental attitudes in their tone and body language (probably had a lot of more chill to them before working for someone with millions of dollars). Even the guy that’s been working there for 11 years, is making enough to just get by in life and I’m sure because it’s his first job, is just too scared to find another job. I really hate how much I’m bad mouthing them, but I’ve never seen such a fraud, self centered group of people who lie to your face and turn around to talk about you when you walk away in my entire life. I hurt my back on the job a couple weeks back now, and I’m sure that’s their reasoning for firing me cause god forbid, I only took one week off and made $300 for that week off. Was never given any logical explanation as to why I was let go and I can’t even get ahold of the owner to talk and be professional about the whole situation. So seen as how that’s the route we’ve went, here I am. Warning you that by choosing custom group to take care of you, if something happens down the line (cause I’ve seen it already) instead of taking ownership for the root of an issue, they’ll make you seem like it was your fault or you’re the problem. The owner used to work for the DEA, that should say enough as far as how much they’ll judge you too :) Not to mention all the drugs that their employees are doing and nobody gets drugs tested. Hate to be a snitch because it ain’t in my blood, but the way I was treated and lied to basically throughout these past few months (and now time I’ve wasted) on them giving me a “beneficial opportunity” has really opened my eyes to how ugly their acute, self centered brains are and how unprofessional and disorganized they are as a employer. Hope you don’t fall for their nonsense! Too many times people they assigned me to work with for each day that they consider (lead) were people who just got the job done and never had ambition to stick out for any reason for their company’s name. Almost EVERY person there no matter what it was had the same answer (welcome to custom group). I was even ESCORTED home by Vinny and Yo because I’m sure by having tattoos on my skin, I’m automatically going to make a scene.
