Once I informed him that I will be reaching out to my company for a refund he refused to alter my clothes also give me a refund for services he was not going to render! Take your business else where it’s not worth it!"

"They do a fine job with standard dry cleaning of work clothes. We have had two issues though. The first was a comfortable that came back with brownish stains that were not there when we dropped it off. The second was a jacket that was dry clean only. The thin leather appeared to be melted along the inside and outside around the zipper. Pic attached."

"So, I had been a customer here for 14 years. Loyal to the former ownership and to the current ownership, until tonight. I had several shirts over the years come back with damage in the elbow area. I chalked it up to old shirts. I replaced Jos A Banks shirts in July 2021 and went up an arm length size, tonight discovered 2 shirts just picked up again with holes tonight. Visited the shop and respectfully requested they replace the 2 shirts. Owner refused and started telling me to use common sense. I advised I would not continue to patronize the business if he would not replace the shirts. I paused conversation when other patrons came in for business. The lack of value for someone who has paid for services, that paid your bills for 14 years is truly sad. They were always timely and helpful, until apparently you ask for them to dig into their own pockets to fix something. Shirts should not wear out in 5 months if worn once a week, unless they wash them with starch, which I requested they not use. So long Foxfield-taking my business elsewhere. You should know that keeping customers happy requires common sense."
