Two Maids & A Mop

"Not impressed. We had just renovated and got new floors and my husband warned Dave about the dust. We knew the house wasn’t in great condition but they took it anyways. I will admit the tub upstairs was pretty dirty but when we got back home it looked untouched, along with the kitchen handles still covered in dust and the stove looked the same as when we left. It was clear the cleaner was in a rush. We had a half bath downstairs and the baseboards were significantly still dirty. When we brought it up to the owner he said the cleaner did clean but had no proof other than that. Some time passed and i finally had time to clean the tub before guest arrived since it was still dirty- I used dawn dish soap and a metal sponge, I cleaned for about 10 minutes and it became spotless. When we confronted the owner he did give some money back but turned it on us and said they should have ever taken the house in the first place- If it was so bad, why was I able to wipe the dust and clean the tub myself? Sure I could have cleaned the house myself but my husband and I were recently moving and traveling for our wedding. It was nice we got some money back but not worth using this company again. There are plenty of other company’s that will do a better job."

"This company is a total scam. We’ve had multiple cancellations, serious damage in the house and finally a cleaner leaving without telling us because they didn’t want to clean the stove top. They find inexperienced cleaners, don’t train them and can’t retain them. Stay away at all costs - their estimate might look reasonable and there is a reason for it"

"I have used two Maids & a mop average times now and they have been wonderful. When I first contacted them everyone was professional and got to me will answers to all my questions very fast. They were especially helpful and thorough making sure all the cleaning products used were safe for my family that all have asthma. The two woman who come to my house are so nice and thorough. They do a fabulous job and always ask if there is anything more they can do before they leave for the day. They even stop and spend a few moments playing with my 4 month old puppy, who by the way adores them. I have tried many cleaning companies since my house is extremely large and it is often overwhelming to most companies. two Maids & a mop vernon hills does an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend them."
