"There were 2 ladies. I asked what cleaning activities did they do? They did not do the things they told me. I have vinyl plank upstairs and they did not even wash the floor. I had a cobweb hanging from my bathroom ceiling after they left. My floors on the main level were not washed only stiffened. They did not dust all the Shades. I do t have time to monitor these people. They should be able to do the work without the customer following them around. I paid $280 and they left in less than 2 hours. I have a 4000 square foot 3level home. Very poor service. I will be sharing my experiences with others."

"I have used Dawn's Domestic Cleaning around 2+ years. I went from 1/month to bimonthly. The ladies are kind, friendly, and thorough. They get the job done in a thorough and timely manner. Dawn is great about being flexible if needed (I've had to adjust periodically) and always communicates via text reminders on day and ETA. I definitely recommend!"

"Diminishing effectiveness of cleaning over time. I used Dawn's Domestic Cleaning for 2-3 years. They started well and did a great job, tackling all of the basics on their list. This was during a period when I was having remodeling done and I know it was a challenge for them. Then they slowly reduced the amount of time they would spend on the house from 2 hrs down to 45 minutes until basic things were no longer being done. They would just skip some of the basics and refuse to do others. They refused to dust the upper shelves in bookcases, even when I offered to purchase an extending duster with different heads that would easily do the job. And no amount of calling Dawn or talking to the cleaners could make it right. At the end of the day, I was no longer getting what I was paying for."

"The ladies are friendly, show up on time, and do a very thorough job of cleaning. There are usually 2-3 in the crew and they are usually finished in about 1 hour (we have a large home). Their main office calls the day before the cleaning to remind us that they will be there the next day. Before we started the service they came to our home inspected all of the rooms and gave us an estimate—which was very competitive with the other local clearing services. We have used them for over 2 years now and continue to be very happy with their quality service. My wife and I highly recommend them."

"They would not come to the house to go over what they clean and give me a bid, but my husband went and hired them anyway. When I got home from work I found items not cleaned, toilet, bathtub, bedroom furniture not dusted. When I called, I received a call back promptly and she was very nice and said she'd send someone over to clean the house again. The night before they were to come back, I opened up my makeup mirror and broken glass fell out. I will now have to do a thorough check to see if anything else is broken or missing."
